The Hope

There Is Hope for You

No matter what you’re carrying — guilt, fear, emptiness, or pain — there is real hope. Not just positivity or wishful thinking. A hope rooted in truth, proven in history, and available to you right now.

The Problem

We were made to know God. But every one of us has turned away from Him — choosing our own way instead of His. The Bible calls this sin, and it separates us from God.

“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”

Romans 3:23

The Gift

God didn’t leave us there. He loves us too much. Jesus Christ — fully God and fully human — lived the perfect life we couldn’t live. He died on the cross to take the punishment for our sin. And on the third day, He rose from the dead, defeating sin and death forever.

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

John 3:16

The Response

This isn’t about being good enough. It’s about trusting what Jesus already did.

“If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”

Romans 10:9

You can respond right now — wherever you are. Turn to God, admit you need Him, trust in Jesus, and receive the gift of eternal life.

A Simple Prayer

If you’re ready to put your trust in Jesus, you can pray something like this:

“Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sin and place my trust in You. Thank You for the gift of eternal life. Amen.”

If you prayed that — welcome to the family. That decision is the beginning of everything.

What’s Next?

Faith doesn’t stop at a prayer. Growing in your relationship with God happens through reading the Bible, spending time in prayer, and being part of a community of believers.

Find a Church

We recommend finding a local church where the Bible is taught and the Gospel is preached. Lakepointe Church is a community we trust.
